Paradox is an organisation that complies with the cultural governance code, which is why our organisation is surveyed by two levels of governance. The boards consist of professionals from various corners of culture, academia and journalism.

Currently, she works on changing the global food system as freelance VP of Marketing at Infarm, an innovative fast-growing urban farming company.
Jeroen den Uyl
Owner of Schatmakers and Centrum voor Maatschappij en Leiderschap. Jeroen is a trainer and coach for societal leadership. He designs knowledge and learning networks for managers, program managers, commissioners and front end professionals. With Schatmakers (treasure makers) he develops projects that enable transition and societal change. Jeroen is the author of “PowerSwitch, towards a vital society”. He has worked for the Dutch state government, the city of Amsterdam and Almere and as consultant and partner at TwynstraGudde.
Supervisory board members receive no financial compensation for their services.
